Natalie Sterner

NATALIE STERNER started her marching career with Rosemount High School and has since performed with MBI Winter Guard, Lux Independent, and multiple dance ensembles throughout high school and college. In addition to that, she studied Dance Movement Therapy at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and has applied that knowledge in both her technique and teaching. She currently is the color guard director for the 728 Cadets Marching Arts organization which includes summer parade band and its associated River Valley Winter Guard. Additionally, she is currently a dance consultant and choreographer for Lakeville South High School, MBI Indoor Percussion, and River City Rhythm Winter Guard. She previously taught at the nationally competitive Rosemount High School band program from 2016 to 2021 where she served as a color guard instructor, winter guard program director, and choreographer. Outside of her marching arts involvement, Natalie works in strategic sourcing for a global Fortune 500 manufacturer.
