Robert Loahr

ROBERT LOAHR got his start in the marching arts in 2014 by marching with the Govenaires Drum and Bugle Corps. After spending another year with the Govenaires, he got his start with RCR in both the drum corps and indoor drumline. He spent his age out in 2016 with the RCR Drum and Bugle Corps and then proceeded to march with Minnesota Brass Drum and Bugle Corps the following year for the 2017 season, then spent the seasons of 2015-2018 marching and aging out with RCR indoor drumline.

After being fully aged out of the marching activities, he was asked to join the staff for the RCR drum and bugle corps. This was the start of his independent level teaching career, and it was followed up by being the quad technician for the following 2019 season of indoor. He is currently performing with the Minnesota Vikings Skol Line and teaches Rosemount High School and Grove Area Percussion. He is looking for another exciting season with RCR filled with opportunities to teach the marching arts to the next generation.
