Grant Goulson

GRANT GOULSON is a Minneapolis based Music Educator, Arranger and Performer who currently serves as the director of middle school bands for Tri-City United Public Schools, ISD 2905, in Le Center and Montgomery, Minnesota. 

In 2021, Grant received his BM in Music Education from the University of Minnesota - Duluth, where he performed with various ensembles, including the UMD Symphonic Wind Ensemble, Jazz I, Symphony Orchestra, Low Brass Ensemble, and Trombone Quartet. Along with this, Grant served as the Bulldog Marching Band's Trombone/Baritone Section Leader, and later as the group's Winds Captain. He has also served on the UMD Athletic Band's Student Officer Body, and as the President of the UMD Music Student Association.

Alongside his responsibilities with Tri-City United, Grant currently serves as an Arranger, Musical, and Visual instructor with the Champlin Park High School Marching Rebels in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota.

When not teaching, Grant enjoys Watching Basketball, Performing both on Trombone and Piano, and spending time in the Northwoods and on the North Shore of Minnesota.
