JOHN MEISSNER was born and raised in the Minneapolis area. He is a proud alumnus of the Park Center High School Marching Band in Brooklyn Park and was a member of Phantom Regiment, aging out in 2008. Since then, he has been a visual instructor and designer for various summer, fall, and winter programs across the Twin Cities. 

John has been working with RCR since 2015, starting with the drum corps inaugural season.
