Below is the camp schedule for the RCR Drum & Bugle Corps 2026 season:

  • December Camp - Full Corps Auditions

    12/19–12/21, Monticello Middle School

  • January Camp - Percussion/Brass/Conductors Callbacks

    01/23–01/25, Monticello Middle School

  • February Camp - Brass/Conductors Rehearsal

    02/28–03/01, Waseca High School

  • May Camp 1 - Percussion/Guard Callbacks, Brass/Conductors Rehearsal

    05/01–05/03, Waseca High School

  • May Camp 2 - Full Corps Rehearsal

    05/29–05/31, Waseca High School

Audition Registration

Step 1 - Register for your Audition

Please register in advance so we can prepare for your attendance. Registration will be open until the morning of camp! Be sure to include all applicable flight and travel information in the RSVP.

Audition fee is $100.

Payment options:

Please be sure to label your payment as “RCR Drum Corps Audition - (your name)”

All meals will be provided by RCR, and they will include alternatives for those of you who noted any dietary restrictions.

STEP 2 - PURCHASE YOUR AUDITION PACKET

TRANSPORTATION

Monticello is about 55 minutes northwest of Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport. RCR will provide transportation to and from the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport and Monticello. The shuttle costs $10 per direction ($20 round trip).

If you would like to utilize the corps’ transportation services, all flight information must be submitted by Tuesday before camp. A $20 fee will be charged to those who submit their flight information late. We cannot guarantee the availability of transportation for registrants who send flight information after Tuesday.

Interest Groups

RCR has interest groups available for each section to ask questions, post videos, and discuss with other auditionees.

What to Bring

- Audition Packet (packets must be purchased ahead of time)

- Your instrument, if you were planning on bringing it

- Comfortable clothing for marching/movement

- Sleeping gear for a night in a gym (sleeping bags, air mattresses, etc - cots are not allowed)

- Showering gear

- Additional music/materials, binders, etc
