Ty Olson

Ty Olson is a woodwind doubler from Maple Grove, MN. Specializing in saxophone she's performed and marched in a number of ensembles. While marching with the 728 Cadets, her first exposure to drum corps was in 2022 watching RCR's exhibition performance at the Vikingland Band Festival. Since then, she joined RCR Winds in 2025 and intends to continue her marching career with the ensemble. 

Ty plans on going to school for cosmetology this fall. Outside of the marching arts, she enjoy things such as roadtrips, caring for her horses, and video games.
