Kate Hildebrandt

KATE HILDEBRANDT (she/her) is excited to join the River City Rhythm team for the summer 2026 season! She is an active percussionist and educator based in Minneapolis, teaching at multiple high school programs in the Twin Cities metro area and performing with the Panhandlers Steel Drum band.

Outside of music, Kate graduated from the University of Minnesota with Bachelor’s degrees in physics and astrophysics in the spring of 2023. She is currently working on her PhD in physics at the University of Minnesota, studying neutrinos.
