Ernad Sisic

ERNAD SISIC brings more than seven years of experience in the performing arts and nonprofit management to his role as Membership Manager for River City Rhythm Drum Corps.

Since 2018, Ernad has held a variety of leadership and administrative positions across the marching arts, including Corps Director, Operations Manager, and Tour Manager with Southwind Drum & Bugle Corps, as well as Group Administrator with Equinox Percussion, a WGI Independent World Class ensemble. He also served on the Board of Directors for the Spartans Performance Ensembles (Nashua, NH). These roles have strengthened his foundation in membership services, operational strategy, logistics, and organizational leadership — all contributing to the growth and success of the performers and programs he supports.

Outside of the pageantry arts, Ernad works professionally in Atlanta as a talent acquisition specialist, holding a Professional Recruiting Certification (PRC) and more than four years of experience in the industry. His professional background has enhanced his skills in communication, relationship management, and process optimization, all of which complement his work in the nonprofit arts sector.

In his free time, Ernad enjoys writing marching band music for his clients, exploring local coffee shops, attending live music events, and spending time with friends and family.
