KARL THOMAS currently serves as the Vice President of the River City Rhythm Board of Directors. Karl is a Marriage and Family Therapist and Executive Leadership Coach located in the Twin Cities, Minnesota.
Karl earned his master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2024 from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota. He spent most of his early career in hospitality and healthcare administration, with a focus on branding, internal communications, and consumer experience. Karl’s performing experience includes time with Suncoast Sound Drum and Bugle Corps and the Furman University Music Department.
